“Dr. Lesmes and Dr. Hecker are extremely professional, educated and just all around amazing veterinarians who my wife and I trust with both of our dogs Rosie & Skye. Their bedside manner is calm, reassuring, and they don’t rush their time during the exam, making sure your questions are all answered. The staff at the hospital from the front reception to the vet techs and assistants are all caring and gentle with our dogs. We have trusted Lake Emma Animal Hospital with our pup Skye for about 7 years and our newest puppy Rosie since her first vet visit to now.

The doctor is amazing, took all four cats and three dogs AT THE SAME TIME, (arthritis shots, allergy shots, and flea meds) yeah, that’s right.. I was expecting to have a large bill, the only large bill I got, was a good, large bill of health!!! The doctor is retiring soon so take advantage before he goes fishing permanently!!!”

“We took our dog to Dr. Beckman and his staff for an ongoing dental issue on the recommendation of our primary vet. The staff was great to speak with and answered all of our questions and concerns before they took our dog back for his exam. As a specialist there is always the concern of costs. The total costs were in line with their estimate and was not as much as I expected. We were provided detailed explanation of the work that was done to address his pain afterwards along with pictures to show that type of issues Wally was dealing with. It was eye opening to see why our dog was so miserable and how much he was probably dealing with for months. Wally was noticeably more comfortable a couple of days later and was almost back to his happy go lucky self after a few weeks. I absolutely recommend Dr. Beckman and his staff if you need a dental specialist.”

“Dr. Greiner saw my boxer this morning without a scheduled appointment. I have been hesitant to take my dog to the vet after a series of bad experiences with numerous vets but it was obvious that the staff cares here. They were completely competent and discussed the options for tests to be done without pressure. I chose to do everything suggested because they took time to explain it and let me know the pricing up front which was reasonable. My concerns are eased and I am grateful to have a vet I can feel confident will take care of my boy. Thank you Dr. Greiner and Paws Care Vet Clinic!”

“Truly impressed with this clinic and their staff. Dr. Benfield saw my mare for routine care and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and patiently answer all of my questions. When my mare managed to injure herself, Dr. Adkins was able to help me treat her and returned my call quickly, even on a weekend. Huge shoutout to Tabitha, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable as we were on and off the phone throughout the first few days of my mare’s injury. When I called to schedule an appointment for my gelding a couple weeks later, she made a point to ask how my mare was doing and relay the info back to the doctor. It’s little things like this that go a long way. This clinic is a great example of people doing a hard job exceptionally well.”
“We took our little girl there for a routine checkup after we'd gotten a lot of recommendations. The vet we saw was extraordinary; our dog is, well let's just say, not vet-friendly after negative experiences at Pet Alliance with a vet who apparently is burning out. The vet at Lake Mary was so calm and took a few minutes to talk with us before he even touched our Yorkie and then did so gently matter-of-factly (is that a word? lol). We were stunned that she didn't go psycho! He didn't try to "enhance the bill" by doing anything unnecessary and put us at ease that although she's a senior dog, she's doing ok. I highly recommend this clinic.”

“Dr. Hahn is wonderful. She is caring and patient. She answered my questions and made any of my fears disappear. She was great with my dog that was scared to death to go into a vets office. She was euthanized very peacefully with her head in my lap and my arms around her. She was a 100 pound German shepherd. I will never go back to having my pets euthanized in a vets office. This was so much better and worth every dime. Thank you Dr. Hahn for making a tough time a bit easier.”

“We always brought our dog to Banfield ever since our dog was a pup. As she aged, she needed more care and each time we brought her to Banfield, we had a good experience. Finally, we made the tough decision of putting Luna to rest and Dr. Kaufman was very compassionate and super nice throughout the process. She even speaks Spanish which made it easier for my family to understand what was going to happen. All the staff at this vet’s office is very nice and I would recommend them to anyone.”
