“Everything. Best vet office ever. I've been bringing all my pets here for 20 years. 12 years ago my 8 week old puppy was very lethargic and I went there and the clinical staff just took her and took over and the whole crew saved her life, she was hypoglycemic. Reasonable prices. Best staff.”

The entire staff was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I left the office knowing what to expect during the procedure, and had intra op updates. “We took our little girl there for a routine checkup after we'd gotten a lot of recommendations. The vet we saw was extraordinary; our dog is, well let's just say, not vet-friendly after negative experiences at Pet Alliance with a vet who apparently is burning out. The vet at Lake Mary was so calm and took a few minutes to talk with us before he even touched our Yorkie and then did so gently matter-of-factly (is that a word? lol). We were stunned that she didn't go psycho! He didn't try to "enhance the bill" by doing anything unnecessary and put us at ease that although she's a senior dog, she's doing ok. I highly recommend this clinic.”

Amanda followed up with me since my cat is on prescription cat food and she really went above and beyond to make sure he had everything he needed!!!! “Our experience at Banfield Lake Mary was fantastic. Special shoutout to Morgan (vet tech) and Dr. Hoblick for taking such great care of Wrigley during his surgery. Morgan was so sweet, very knowledgeable and answered any concerns we had regarding surgery. Super friendly and always smiling which made a stressful day for us a lot lighter. Dr. Hoblick went above and beyond taking care of our pup and giving us updates after surgery on how everything went. Highly recommend!”

“Dr. Lesmes and Dr. Hecker are extremely professional, educated and just all around amazing veterinarians who my wife and I trust with both of our dogs Rosie & Skye. Their bedside manner is calm, reassuring, and they don’t rush their time during the exam, making sure your questions are all answered. The staff at the hospital from the front reception to the vet techs and assistants are all caring and gentle with our dogs. We have trusted Lake Emma Animal Hospital with our pup Skye for about 7 years and our newest puppy Rosie since her first vet visit to now.
