“I’ve been living here at Deer chase for roughly 7 months now and it has been one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived at. Since taking the tour with Khrissy, signing my leasing and moving everything has been smooth sailing. The individuals in the office are amazing and friendly. The maintenance crew are fast and efficient especially the maintenance manager Milton. 10/10 would recommend Deer chase to anyone wanting to live at a safe and friendly neighborhood.”

“I’ve lived here for almost 8 years and don’t plan on moving any time soon. The neighborhood is very nice and clean. Nora and Fatima in the leasing office are really great and super helpful whenever we need it. The complex has only gotten nicer and more beautiful over the years! No roach or bug problems and they bug spray the apartments once a month for free. Never takes more than 1-2 days to get a service request fixed and the maintenance guys are awesome and friendly! Pricing is reasonable! Would definitely recommend ??”
