“I’ve been living here at Deer chase for roughly 7 months now and it has been one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived at. Since taking the tour with Khrissy, signing my leasing and moving everything has been smooth sailing. The individuals in the office are amazing and friendly. The maintenance crew are fast and efficient especially the maintenance manager Milton. 10/10 would recommend Deer chase to anyone wanting to live at a safe and friendly neighborhood.”

Office staff is very friendly and helpful, Will and Tony always attentive to me and my family, assisting when needed. “Just moved in to Deerfield east apartments,Isabel Correa the Leasing agent was very helpful and professional since day one ,initially I was interested in 1/1but after some research Isabel found a nice studio on block C.Guys nothing is perfect ,and the rent price is very reasonable for what we have .Isabel handled very nicely the paper work and also helped me with FPL ,insurance and internet.Isabel is very careful about the process.so far I’m very happy.
