“When my family and I moved down to Florida a few years ago it was a struggle finding a nice place to live. We probably visited and toured every apartment community in south Florida. We were disappointed with the size and lack of space that most places offered, especially with the insane rent prices. We were ready to move back to NY until we found Congress Grove. Honestly you wont find a more spacious and comfortable place to live down here unless you plan on buying a million dollar condo. Other apartments dont even compare. Dont waste your time looking around. You wont find better.”

“This is the absolute best community you will ever find in Delray Beach. First, the unit is beautiful. Most have been remodeled and updated with new appliances. The spacious layout never makes you feel confined. There is so much room! Second, the community is ALWAYS kept in pristine condition. They will have the grass cut and trimmed weekly. The pool is always clean. The gym is never a mess and always in great condition. They even resealed the roads to keep the place brand new. It is a beautiful community and they work hard to keep that way. Finally, the staff is without a doubt the most professional and efficient team I have had the experience of working with. Jia and Jill take time to make sure you have any and all questions answered. They never make you feel like a nuisance even when you call them 100 times before moving in (I called daily because I was so excited to move in). The other gentleman in the front is nice but have had little interaction. The maintenance team is amazing. Not only do they always get the job done but they are super friendly. They don’t just go fix your problem and leave, they have a conversation with you, ask about your day, and always wave when you drive by. The place is actually dog friendly, not just ok with dogs. They have 2 large areas for dogs and they keep treats in the office. For “paw-thers day” they brought us a gift basket and had treats and toys for my dog. The HUGE lake is beautiful to walk around day or night and my dog can not wait to get her exercise. You will not regret moving in. This is the perfect place and we could not be happier!”
