I have been waiting for an hour was never told it would be a long wait. Now was just told it will be awhile longer and asked after an hour if I’d like to make an appointment and come back. Absolutely ridiculous

The check I was trying to cash the teller said next time tell them put Michael instead of Mike,the manager came up and denied the transaction. Mike/Michael same thing,they could have called the check signer but didn't. Very unprofessional.

Business clients line not open, have to wait in regular line. With 2 tellers at windows, 1 should be in the business window and when there are no customers in line with business accounts than that tellers can assist the next customer in the regular line. Bank of America is terrible across all its branches. Corporate management needs to do something about the way their branches are managed. Just get rid of the business clients line at all banks if the line isn't going to be utilized during business hours for the purpose it exists.

I did not catch her name at the counter but she appeared to be an Asian woman with black hair about 65 years old today at 11 am was rude and trying to speak to me as if it was my first time at the bank. I have never paid for a cashiers check in my home state and this bank tried to charge me and instead of trying to educate me she was condescending and tried to tell me I’m wrong. If something changed with my account benefits maybe you should try to inform me don’t just tell me, “ no you have always had to pay $15” when I am TELLING YOU i have taken out my rent monthly without a fee. I’m telling you it may be a state to state thing , but she did not agree she told me no I’m wrong as if I’m lying.

Florida the worst boa ever. Any of em except keys..don't know .and don't care to help..can t if there.. uneducated in banking why work in a bank. No experience..Damm all complaints on here r real... no more boa .U REALLY SUCK IN FLORIDA IN BOA

Horrible customer service. I went in sat down, nobody told me I needed to get on a list. Then the woman that I passed when I walked in started adding people in front of me when I approached her she said "oh you didn't ask" even tho she approached other people to add them on the waiting list.

Is the worst location for customer service? My wife recently went in there tried to withdraw cash from her business account, and they basically ignored her and told her to come back four days later when she came back, they ignored her again and argued with her that they could not give her the money from her business banking account, I would never ever bank with Bank of America after this we’re changing all of our accounts over to PNC where we have never had a problem we have been customer for 17 years and never had a problem. They should shut this location down.
