“***June 24th updateThe Maxandfix team has reached out to me personally and mailed the mouse and keyboard in a separate package to me overnight. Looks like this was an unintentional mistake. I'm revising my review from one to five stars. This was my second time buying a computer from them. Their effort is appreciated!-----------------------Where is my keyboard and mouse? When you say they are included with my purchase, they'd better come with the package. Customer service is REALLY SLOW!!! It's 1 PM on a Thursday. I've been waiting for a reply regarding this issue for about 2 hours. Your online chat and text message service is non-existent. Not even staffed on a Thursday??”

“I recently asked Ed to build a computer for me because I have had experience with his work in the past and I have always been very satisfied. He built the computer and I am very happy with the results. Ed is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him!”

“I've used this company many times, and each time they've gone out of their way to find and fix the problem. If they can't they don't pretend they can or overcharge. They'll recommend whatever is the best solution, even if it means they don't do anything. I respect that in today's scammy world. I HIGHLY recommend for anything from finding out and fixing what's wrong, to browsing their used inventory.”
