When the former crashed last month at a very inopportune moment, Dakota and Amy at Coastal Computer Systems were extremely responsive, found the unrepairable damage and gave stellar advice on a replacement. Dakota then somehow recovered all important data from a broken hard drive, transferred it to the new laptop and I was back in business. This is not the first time they have come to the rescue and I doubt it will be the last. I can't recommend their company more highly.
