They offer the very best in Postal Services and they treat me like I am family. They are reliable. “I have never had an issue with this store location on Andrew's avenue near Cypress Creek. The staff have always been courteous to me. I often wonder when people give poor ratings if they ever think that they are dealing with a real person who might be going through some bad times? Everyone in today's world expects everybody else to be perfect. Some people forget that when they're pointing a finger at someone else that they have three pointing back at themselves. I always try to find what my part was in that situation whether it's good or bad.
However, as other customers have said this location has always been clean, inviting and welcoming. Only one time did I have to purchase a box to ship my item back which was unexpected. I'm not sure if that was legit or just a sales pitch. However it was only a few bucks. Other times I walk in with a QR code, it's scanned and taken off my hands. Even when I don't have the tape to close a package or a box, the staff are always willing to do that for me. So again although it's in a busy place I have never had an issue with any of their staff. And I do return quite a bit of stuff from Amazon, Overstock in bed bath & beyond.

“This UPS store by far is leaves and bounds above any other UPS store in the area. I don’t wanna give away this secret but I have had nothing but positive and I’ve been extremely positive people and help from anyone that’s there at any time of the day and I like to point out some people that I’ve been dealing with for quite some time. I never knew their name and I asked it for them. I’m gonna spell the first one. It’s Abuzafar Syeed Who is the manager of this store and also a notary public. I’d also like to give a shout out to Evelyn and NIDHI and last but not least SAYEED these people are special. I go in there with stuff to return from those stupid stores from China, which I’m gonna stop doing cause it’s addictive, but they take my phone and help me decipher. Which one is which and believe me that’s no small task and anytime I need anything to send out this is my go to place. They’re very knowledgeable and all I can say is extremely much more helpful than any other UPS store in the area so if you need to go to a UPS store, please patronize this store. They deserve it. They’re running a fabulous business there and again the health is just by far. Unbelievable it exceeds my expectations every time I go there everyone does so thank you very much to everyone at the UPS store. At this location, thank you to everyone there could not do it without you the copying I mean just everything you guys are just so helpful and so kind and very positive even when there’s a bad situation so you guys are the best thank you so much”

Dylan and the entire staff are always so welcoming, kind, and helpful—it’s truly a pleasure walking in there. They’ve created such a well-run, efficient system that makes every visit quick and seamless, even during busy hours.
What really stands out is the level of customer service. They’ve offered to help me carry boxes in from my car more than once, and it’s those little things that show how much they care. Whether I’m doing returns, dropping off packages, or shredding boxes of paper, they’re always on it.
