“I’m a loyal customer because no other place offers better service.Living in South Florida for the last 4 years, I have found that most services we pay for follow very poor standards. Demand is high and nobody seems to care about quality anymore. Nobody cares about customer service satisfaction either. Let me be explicit. I do not want to be treated like a number. I cannot stand the incompetence and mediocrity that have literally spread everywhere around here. Who wants to pay a high price for bad service? Who likes to be consistently disappointed? Nobody I know.So here is my point:Go to Ant Logistics to send out your packages. The owner is polite, kind, super helpful, and extremely professional. Nobody else around can match his skills at packing your items safely in the shortest amount of time! Çağatay’s expertise shows just by watching him for a minute. Simply come in and experience it yourself. A genuinely caring attitude matters most. Especially in times like now. The store also offers access to a computer, copy, fax, and scan services, as well as shredding. The store holds unique handmade Turkish jewelry, Hamsas, scarves, hats, and phone accessories. “Reading through these reviews, I can't help but wonder if the general public knows how the postal service works.The people working at this location are not in charge of when mail gets picked up and delivered. They are not responsible for delivery disasters - they process the mail and, in my humble opinion, do a fine job.The pricing is (to the best of my understanding) auto-populated under the USPS standards and pricing. They offer all options and, even if they do upsell for speedier delivery, they personally cannot guarantee anything and, by the way, neither does the USPS!P.S. There's no law that prohibits upselling - anyone worth their salt in sales does this. And you always have the right to request the least expensive option and refuse the upsell!”

Mark and Phylis go above and beyond by helping me print hundreds of pages, notarize, ans help me scan them back over. They are great!!”

Half the people who come in with returns don’t know how to pull it up on their phone and these employees are so kind and patient.
