I needed my dog nail trimmed and went to the petco near my home- with horrible customer service kept telling me to come back later when they weren’t busy after telling me what time they could see us. Anyway, the petco in Deerfield was wonderful! They couldn’t take us on the spot but gave us an appointment to come back. At our appt- the groomer was loving and greeted us right away and did a fantastic job( even with black nails!) as i was waiting i was watching the store and the way the employees were cleaning the animals for adoption was beautiful. The store is clean and employees were helpful. A++++”

From the moment you walk in, the staff is patient, kind, and attentive. They take the time to listen, ask the right questions, and make sure both you and your pet feel comfortable. The grooming itself is consistently excellent, clean, precise, and done with real skill. My pet always comes back looking amazing and, just as importantly, calm and happy.

You can tell they understand different coat types, temperaments, and grooming needs, and they handle everything with professionalism and compassion. It’s rare to find groomers who combine technical expertise with such genuine care, but this team absolutely does.
