I needed my dog nail trimmed and went to the petco near my home- with horrible customer service kept telling me to come back later when they weren’t busy after telling me what time they could see us. Anyway, the petco in Deerfield was wonderful! They couldn’t take us on the spot but gave us an appointment to come back. At our appt- the groomer was loving and greeted us right away and did a fantastic job( even with black nails!) as i was waiting i was watching the store and the way the employees were cleaning the animals for adoption was beautiful. The store is clean and employees were helpful. A++++”

The grooming itself is consistently excellent, clean, precise, and done with real skill. My pet always comes back looking amazing and, just as importantly, calm and happy.
