“I telephoned Skips Pharmacy regarding a chemotherapy drug that has been prescribed by our veterinarian, as I was/am very concerned about some of the side effects. Lisa, the pharmacist, was most helpful and informative. She explained succiently the pros and known cons of the drug so that my husband and I can make the best decision for our much loved little maltese. She did not try to persuade me in any way - just gave me the facts. We are most appreciative of her knowledge and kindness to us in this most difficult situation to provide the best loving care for our cherished dog. We are most grateful! “I’ll admit, I didn’t expect to ever be writing a review for a Walgreens liquor store — but this place absolutely deserves it. You don’t usually associate Walgreens with a full liquor section, let alone one that’s well stocked and staffed by genuinely helpful people, but this location completely changes that perception.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized the store was. The liquor section wasn’t just an afterthought — it had a surprisingly wide variety of options, from everyday staples to higher-end spirits you might not expect to find in a pharmacy chain. They carried everything from quality bourbons and tequilas to premium vodkas, wines, and even a few specialty items that showed someone really took the time to curate the selection. For a store of this size, the liquor selection was more than adequate — honestly, it rivaled some dedicated liquor stores I’ve been to.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every person I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help. One of the associates even took the time to point out a few new arrivals and special deals, and you could tell they took pride in keeping the section organized and well stocked. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is something you don’t often see in larger chains, and it really made a difference in the overall experience.
It’s one of those places that makes you stop and think, “Why haven’t I been coming here sooner?” Whether you’re looking for something quick and convenient, or you just want to browse a surprisingly good selection of spirits without the hassle of a big-box store, this Walgreens is worth checking out.

“I've been going to this CVS since it opened. It's customer service Is great. People need to be little patient when it gets busy, and try not to take your frustration out on the pharmasy staff they too are dealing with alot. People stand in line, their running around making sure we're happy and your meds are correct. Don't forget it's close to century village, if you don't like the wait, try another CVS or come later in the day or when they open. Anyways you guys are close to me and I hope you don't close down. I hear a bunch of cvs's are closeing.”

“We’ve been using this location for a few months, I and I have to come at least twice a week to fill prescriptions for my family. The staff has always been extremely helpful and expeditious. My daughter had a reaction to the dyes in her antibiotic the other day and the doctor had to send in a new prescription. The male technician that I spoke with went above and beyond to find the replacement for me, which ended up at a different location. He and the pharmacist worked together to get my daughter the medicine that she needed, immediately, and I couldn’t be more impressed or grateful. This location far surpasses the other nearby locations in terms of service and speed.”

“I came here two days in a row for photo orders. I needed the orders to come out in a specific way, and I printed them as such. The first day, they did not come out correctly, the second day they did. I know that the error wasn't mine because I sent the exact same order to CVS on Day 1 and CVS day 1 order matches Walgreens Day 2 order. I'm not entirely sure how this could be messed up, if the printer needed to be recalibrated or if the paper was improperly loaded... The girl was sweet to me at check out, patient to look for my order, and I didn't notice the misprint till I got home, so I didn't complain there.”

This is my neighborhood Walgreens - awesome, helpful Team Members as well as a great Pharmacy Staff. They have a drive up too!!! Large well stocked store !
Excellent sale on candles this week. $10 candles marked down to $5 and $2.50. The ones in the pictures were $2.50 - that's a very low price. Great for gift giving & for hurricane season. They also had $3.99 candles marked down to $ .99!
I prefer the larger scented candles, but the smaller ones are the perfect size for gift bags!
This is an awesome Walgreens. The store is clean, they always have great sales on toilet paper, the pharmacist is very nice, and the employees are very helpful !”
“I visit the Boca Walgreens almost daily, and I have to say—the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, which keeps me coming back. That said, the store itself could really use some upgrades. It's often cramped, the freezer is frequently out of order, and there's usually something missing from the shelves. Surprisingly, the Pompano Beach location feels much more modern and well-stocked, even though you'd expect the Boca store to be the standout. A little investment in the Boca branch could go a long way.”
