Often during busy times there are many customers but the staff work efficiently and I've never had to wait long. Kevin is very efficient and kind, tending to all customers' needs in a friendly manner. I've always had a pleasant experience there.

I was having a problem having my mail forwarded from NY. At 8:30 a.m.,Kevin and a female postal worker whose name I didn't get , were very patient, helpful and helped resolve the issue
