I never had a reason to write a bad review here but recently had a bad experience. I get it things happen, but I went in, gave the exact shipping number and got told “oh it will get sent back out”. From the beginning, I went in to send a package and it got rerouted back to this location, went in and asked why. They had me speak to a supervisor and he assured me it would get routed back out to North Carolina. The girl at the front counter said the label on the box was in the wrong place and their system wasn’t scanning properly? Most bogus thing I’ve ever heard. Total incompetence. Bottom line, 2 days later the package shows back up at my house. I go back to the location to try and resend it and there was a supposed “power outage” (even though the distribution building out back had full power). The lady came out and spoke to me and insisted it was the company’s fault who the shipping label was from. The correct address was on the box the entire time and the package had made it to NC once, not sure why it was sent back. The only other explanation is the company had the wrong person the whole time but regardless the address and name was correct on the original label. Avoid this place, they just say bogus things because they don’t wanna deal with their own problems.

Constant misplacing my delivery into my neighbors mailboxes and vice/versa. They make it impossible to file an online complaint. Horrible service. I got to the point that I ask companies not to use USPS and to use UPS.

Friendly, competent, fast. I’d rather drive the extra mile here than ever going to the Coral Springs location again where they lost an important express letter for over 2 weeks.

I arrived at the post office at 3:43pm and was told only a few of my letters would be weight and sent because they close at 4pm.
I was the only one on the line, he had 17 min to stamp my letters. Makes no sense.

They are locking the drop off box for prepaid labels … so they don’t have a lot of work the next day it’s not fair for anyone and I have to drive to Hillsboro office for dropping off packages …. I filled a complaint and have a video showing how they lock the drop off box at the time they leave 4pm 24 / 7 is a joke

I have had two birthday cards I mailed recently from this post office go missing. I dropped both of them directly into the inside drop box. They never showed up on the Information Delivery in Co. to the house I was sending to, which means they never reached the Co. sorting division. I believe there is the possibility that someone inside the post office could be going thru the outgoing mail that appears to be birthday cards. I shall be using the Boca Post Offices or the main Deerfield post office in the future for birthday cards.
