Service and cleanliness in bank is great. But trash-filled parking lot, loitering, and an ancient phone booth from 1990s make the ATM feel unsafe. There's a nasty pair of socks that's been outside in the lot for like two weeks or longer.

Two associates here. Felipe and Anna have provided for me sone of the best customer service I've encountered recently. Helpful and willing to go out of their way- go the extra mile- to assist me with whatever dilemma/need I have, AND with a positive, upbeat demeanor. Exceptional service, great hires, Wells Fargo!!!

They were very helpfull when I had to transfer several accounts from another bank to them. Usually busy, but fast service. I gave this review literally 8 years ago and they are just now replying to it??? 😞😠Do better Wells Fargo.
