The three different employees that I interacted with were so helpful and friendly!! I actually went out of my way to go back to this branch location because the staff were great! I don't understand the low star reviews because I have nothing but positive experiences here. They welcomed me in each time I went into the bank and genuinely wished me to have a good day as I was leaving.”

Assistant Vice President Magdalena Ptak and Senior Banker Keisha Chin Quee were absolutely amazing—helpful, polite, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been with Bank of America for over 20 years, and I truly believe in leaving positive feedback when it’s deserved. These two went above and beyond to help me with my funds and made sure all of my needs were handled smoothly and professionally. Whether you need help with withdrawals, getting checks, opening CDs, or even assistance with investments, this is definitely the branch to visit. “After several hospital stays, my auto pays were beating me to the bank. After many overdraft fees, I just mentioned it to my teller, Tatiana. She asked if I wanted her to call and see what she could do. Not expecting much, I said sure. I want to thank Chase, especially Tatiana and the staff at my Deerfield Beach, Hillsboro branch. They returned all the fees back to me. During a very difficult time, you made things a lot better!! Thank you so much.”
“I had a good experience at Citibank located inside the mall. It’s very convenient for quick banking transactions like deposits.
The service was smooth and everything worked as expected. However, the area could use better lighting. It feels a bit dim, and improved brightness would make the space more comfortable and welcoming.
Overall, it’s a convenient and reliable location — just needs better lighting.I visited this location recently and took some photos and a short video. It’s a convenient branch, but I noticed the area outside can feel a bit dark at night. Better lighting would really improve the experience and make customers feel more comfortable, especially in the parking area.
During the day, it’s more active and easier to access, but at night it feels quieter and less illuminated than expected.
Overall, it’s a good location, just could use some improvement in lighting for safety .”

“I had an issue with a charge dispute that was not handled properly at first, which was very frustrating. The process took longer than expected, and I felt like my concern wasn’t taken seriously in the beginning.
However, after about a month and multiple follow-ups, the issue was finally resolved.
Customer service could definitely improve in terms of communication and efficiency, especially when dealing with disputes.
Overall, the bank offers useful services, but my experience showed that persistence is sometimes necessary to get things resolved.””
