“This bank is amazing. The bank manager Desmond is unbelievable. He was a one man show covering every customer. He even went outside to help a lady find a jump for her car. Though he was super busy he did not make you feel that way. He acted like I was the only customer at the bank. I was in distress as I had a huge problem with my account. After helping me he put me with Silvia who was also very reassuring and calm. I have been with BOA since 1988 and have been to many locations in many cities and this is the best by far.
