Only one banker and one cashier. And the banker named Andres will try his best to do his job as slow as possible and he will say he has other appointments. Be careful of this bank I will also be reporting this service to other branches of management

My journey has lead me and a few others down a road of frustration and anger. @wellsfargo has been holding on to $250k since Valentine’s Day. @wellsfargo told me that my sister-in-law and best friends recalled wires sent to me (which was false), closed my account and advised that they would be sending the wires back out in 2-5 business days. We just wrapped up day 5 and the $250k wire has yet to be sent, despite 2-3 calls daily to the Loss prevention department to push this into motion. Nobody at @wellsfargo can tell me when the money will be sent at this point. This is beyond unprofessional and not any way to conduct business!! I have reached out to the Department of Financial Regulation with the great State of Florida to convey my building mistrust in this financial institution and I am feeling more and more like we are being abused by this large bank. I’m a good cause, why don’t you give my money back??

I live in Tampa someone copied my card and took my whole check off of it. I called them so many times and no answer. This was June 30 2023 at 7:23.05 am I need help getting my money back. Rapid pay card does not have fraud prevention so I just took a $638 dollar lost.

Have h disappointed in this bank- have been with WF When it was First Union Walked in the other day--no employee greeted me, walked on - still nobody acknowledged me. Looked empty except for tellers. Finally a employee got up from desk to help. I wanted to discontinue my safety deposit box. but they have only ONE banker and he was not there. Why only one??? Made an appointment, hope he's there.

In line for 20mins with my kid, one person in the counter I ask Andres salcido for a manager or help. told me there's nothing he can do.......30 minutes later......... Then when I finally made it to the counter out of spite he put a hold on my check for 7 days. Unacceptable no manager on duty ,do not bank here.

Branch manager Latoyia is nice but doesnt understand customer relations or priorities of individual long term customers. Definitely going to change banks after dealing with this branch. I would recommend another bank or branch

Place is nice and clean but only one person is working at the counter while people were waiting in the lane. That’s horrible customer service. Plus there is no personal bankers available. That’s sad.
