“My husband and I came to Lowes on a Monday morning to get some supplies. We asked Keith, who was in tools, where a plumping item was located. He told us which aisle it was and even offered to walk us to the item. We declined his offer and walked to find the item. Later, in another part of the plumbing aisle, Keith checked up on us and made sure we got what we needed. Yes, Keith provided us the right aisle number! What great service!!!
