“Today started off not so good - I purchased oil and filter for my motorhome and also a catch basin - the catch proved to be “not good” and I ended up with a mess.
Anyhow I took the catch basin back, full of oil to O’Reilly’s and the manager Paul helped me out. I explained what happened and he, without issue was going to refund me the $17.99 purchase price for the catch basin — however he asked about one I had looked at earlier but it was $37.99 …. He made an even exchange for me.
Absolute great customer service - fyi I have been using this O’reilly’s since it first opened several years ago. John an associate in the store was also spot on with customer service.”
