“This is the best experience I’ve ever had the body shop. Billie did an awesome job painting my 2006 Chrysler Sebring that had very faded paint. I had him painted this beautiful blue color that matched the interior. It looks so new that my mechanic thought that we had bought a new car even though he had worked on that car he didn’t recognize it in fact my mechanic asked for his information that’s how impressed he was. “I had a somewhat complicated return that required a call to the manager and then a follow up the next day requiring a call to the help desk because the computer system thought the return had been fully processed even though the refund was not completed. Ruth, the employee that helped me the first night was great. She understood my situation and knew exactly what to do. The reason the transaction didn’t complete smoothly was my own fault not hers - you need the original payment method for the return and I was making a return for my daughter so I had her card but not her pin # and couldn’t reach her to get it. Ruth was very patient while I ran to my daughters work place to get her pin # but by the time I returned the transaction had timed out. It was not at all her fault but she was still so apologetic that it didn’t go as smoothly as expected. She spoke with her manager Sarah and I agreed to come back the next day for my refund. Sarah was on the phone with the help desk the next day for some time making sure my situation was taken care of and she was quite aware of the company’s policies that could prevent me from future returns if not handled properly. It was obvious she cares about her customers and she made sure I would not be negatively flagged in the system for future returns. I very much appreciated both Ruth and Sarah’s help and patience in getting it the situation resolved. I will definitely be back for all my future automotive needs!”

“Last October 2022, I lost my 2021 Kia Soul ES with 14k miles to hurricane Ian. I went back to Deland Kia and needed a new or used car. I am not sure if it was the finance manager or someone in upper sales treated me like a idot, less than a number and I went home very upset.The very nxt day I drove to Coggins Hyundai next door. Jack Rosen treated me like a long lost friend. Inventory was low but I was able to find a very low milage 2019 Kona and Jack made it happen for me.It is nice to be treated like a human being; while I'm on the subject their Parts and Service Department are excelent also.”
