“Me and my husband had an excellent experience at AutoZone on 6/7/26 around 2-3 pm thanks to their employees. They helped us replace the belts we purchased and added engine fluid to our old truck as well. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly while making sure everything was done right.
It's rare to find customer service this good these days. They went above and beyond to help, and we truly appreciate their professionalism and positive attitude. AutoZone is very fortunate to have employees like this representing their store. Thank you for making our visit easy and stress-free! Too bad we did not catch the young man’s name who changed the belts.

“A lady scraped up the front bumper of my Infiniti qx50 while she was attempting to parallel park in downtown DeLand. I went to several body shops in the area for quotes. Although she was paying for the repair, I wanted to find a reasonable priced repair that would also return the car to normal and use quality paints. Donna at Expert Body was excellent and she even helped by telling me what questions to ask as I told her I still had a few stops to go. I decided to go with Expert Body because they had a fair price and also covered questions I didn’t even think to ask- and they guaranteed they used the proper paints that would restore it and they were right! I picked up my car today and it looks like new!”

“Last October 2022, I lost my 2021 Kia Soul ES with 14k miles to hurricane Ian. I went back to Deland Kia and needed a new or used car. I am not sure if it was the finance manager or someone in upper sales treated me like a idot, less than a number and I went home very upset.The very nxt day I drove to Coggins Hyundai next door. Jack Rosen treated me like a long lost friend. Inventory was low but I was able to find a very low milage 2019 Kona and Jack made it happen for me.It is nice to be treated like a human being; while I'm on the subject their Parts and Service Department are excelent also.”

“The two guys who worked the closing shift on a Friday were very helpful. I came in about 30 minutes before closing in a hurry before they closed because I thought I needed a new battery. They tested the battery and alternator and said they were fine. They went under the vehicle and looked at the starter and saw it was bad. They saved me from buying a battery I didn't need. I would recommend this AutoZone to buy your parts since they are knowledgeable and honest.”

“I stopped in because my car was making a noise and my husband was out of town. He suggested stopping by the get a quart of oil since this has happened before and that fixed it. I was greeted by Steven as soon as I walked in and he took me right over to the oil to show me the options for the kind I needed. He asked if I need help filling it and I said yeah, probably.
He came out, checked my oil and showed me that there was practically none in my car. I told him it said I was at 45% on my dash! He explained to me that is based on the time since the last oil change happened and the system was reset, not how much oil. I ended up getting a couple more quarts and he was happy to help me add those too.
Steven was beyond helpful while also assisting multiple other people in the store/parking lot like it was nothing. I am so appreciative, especially since there was no acting like I should know these things or condescension at all- just a great attitude and some learning from my end. We usually go to Auto Zone but I’m coming here from now on!”

She absolutely didn't have to do that but she was so kind and fixed it with no hesitation. She deserves all the praise!”

“Nash is an absolutely amazing service supervisor here. My wife’s car broke down up this way at a conference and these guys were absolutely excellent. Even though we live in Southwest Florida and not close, I felt like I was there with Nash texting and calling me with immediate updates. Despite a big repair, everything was done on time where we were able to time our rental perfectly (no extra days). Nash went the extra mile on the day of pickup to make sure we were all good. Thank you to the GM, Farbod, for staying past his time to talk as well and make sure I was also secured before making the late 4 1/2 hr drive back home. Wish we lived closer to give more business!”

The manager, I guess...the one with the ponytail... completely useless. He was on the phone three different times, during all of which he was smoking a cigarette. He never spoke, didn't respond to my friendly smile, and didn't seem to care at all about the customers.”

To be kept up to date every day via text or phone call to let me know how the car is coming along. If I had any questions all I had to do is text her, Deborah that is. She was great at customer service all the girls at the front desk were so friendly and apparently the guys do excellent work fixing vehicles My car looked better than before I brought it in for sure! And they work with the rental car company so that I and the keys to the rental over to caliber and they took care of getting a car back to Enterprise for me.”
“Gale's is truly an old school body shop that believes strongly in repair rather than replace. Gale has worked on a couple of my cars and I'm come away with very satisfied both times. Most recently he needed to bang out a bowed out fender on an old Mustang for me. Job was done in less than an hour (and he even touched up a few rough spots on my paint). How good is he? I drive 45m from Winter Park to use him.”
