CVS Health offers a variety of services, including coronavirus testing for eligible individuals aged 10 and older in select states. They provide lab and rapid testing, though high demand may lead to delays. The pharmacy often has a good stock of medications, although some prescriptions may take time to obtain due to sourcing challenges. Customers report that the pharmacists, like Amy and Aimara, are knowledgeable and helpful, often going above and beyond to assist with urgent needs, such as providing medication quickly after an ER visit. While the store has a self-service checkout system and lacks human cashiers, customers note that there is ample parking available. Some find the store's cleanliness to be lacking, and others mention that the gift card selection is not extensive. Additionally, there have been concerns about rising prices due to inflation. However, many customers appreciate the professionalism and thoroughness of the healthcare providers at the Minute Clinic, with one nurse practitioner receiving praise for her detailed examination and care. Overall, CVS is recognized for its helpful staff and a range of health services, despite some mixed feelings about the shopping environment.

The pharmacy is the worst. Either they don’t have the prescription and fail to request it from another cvs, tell you your prescription is not ready and won’t be ready for an hour only to text you 5 min later saying it’s ready, or have you sit in the drive thru 30 min for a person who was waiting for their prescription!!
