“Well I got duped again by this brick and mortar retailer - I came here to pick up an item that was advertised by Walgreens to be available for in store pickup, turns out this item wasn't a stock item and only available online at walgreens.com, no fault of the extremely friendly and professional staff here, but still frustrating. As I roamed the aisles hoping that the aisle signage would put me in the vicinity but after several laps I knew it wasn't going to happen and thankfully a wonderful woman in a vest with a badge stopped to assist - she wasn't sure if they had either but started on yet another journey around the store to see if we could locate it - I mentioned to her that it may be available only online but she wasn't hearing of it until we exhausted every shelf without finding it. After thanking her I decided to see if maybe the pharmacist knew of this item and lucky for me she did - and informed me that this item was only offered online and suggest I try CVS by this time I'm thinking Amazon would definitely be my almighty savior but now I would have to take her recommendations hmmm that's quite the drive but I exited without purchasing anything because it seemed this may be a marketing strategy Walgreens uses to get me here knowing I might buy something else well which wasn't going to happen just an FYI CVS uses the same strategy as Walgreen except they offered to help me order it online.Like I mentioned earlier no fault of the staff here and I do appreciate all their help but shame on their employer this is why I don't frequent these places.Fast forward less than 24 hours - Amazon delivers...”

“Both pharmacists and the entire staff are very pleasant and actually seem to care about their patients, which frankly you don’t see a lot anymore. They go above and beyond to get my prescriptions ready (on time!) and having a chronic illness this can be difficult to manage on my own. So much appreciation for the entire staff, wish I switched over sooner!”

“I stopped here with a friend. She was picking up her prescription. Everyone was so friendly at this store. We were greeted with a “Hello” when we walked in. Then at the pharmacy desk the pharmacy clerk was very busy, with a line. She was very courteous to each customer. When it was our turn, she was just as friendly. I wish I had gotten her name. Excellent customer service.”

“So far they always auto fill my prescriptions, contact me, and have them ready on time. Always helpful folks in the pharmacy and friendly cashiers. Sometimes you do have a little wait if they are busy.”

“I normally use the Walgreens on 92, but they didn't have my RX in stock. I went to this location for the first time. I needed eye drops and the pharmacist was able to fill the prescription in 20 minutes even though it was really busy. It is a smaller store, but they earned my future business.”

“The best pharmacy in the area! Takes me back to the old days of neighborhood pharmacies. They are here to serve the customer, full service. They'll call you if they think you've missed a refill. In this age of insurance companies dictating your health plans, and the super drug stores dictating what medicines are covered, it's nice to find a pharmacy where they actually believe and understand what customer service is. Hands down best pharmacy in the area.”

“Joe the bakery manager saved the day. I had ordered a birthday cake a week in advance and when I got there to pick it up on my way to my daughter's party, the cake wasn't even started yet, and I was just told " well we are backed up and busy" which to me is unacceptable because that is why I placed the order well in advance. There were lots of others waiting also... The manager said they would make the cake and hand deliver it to my party 30 mins away and Joe delivered it himself with balloons and a hug. I appreciate his quickness to make it right. My daughter had her cake, and it was a hit.”

“The staff here friendly and knowledgeable. I used to go to the Orange City plaza Publix, where I was on a first name basis with the pharmacist and technicians. All of them are extremely kind, thoughtful, and efficient.I've only been going to this location for a couple of months. The pharmacist has caught interactions that even my doctor didn't catch! I take controlled substances and psych meds and some pharmacies can make me feel judged. Publix never does that!Also, I almost never have to wait in a long line unless it's Rush hour.”
