“I like that I can access the gym 24 hours a day. I am disappointed that it is not 7 days a week. Although I can go to the YMCA 24/7/365 with no holiday interruptions for just $35 a YEAR, there is no attendant at the Y and I feel safer with an attendant.”

“They have post things on Facebook and Natalie called me today December 8th after I filled out an inquiry she spoke to me for about 30 minutes answered all my questions and I will go in and schedule my free class and will likely to the once a week membership they she seemed a very caring kind understanding my age and my limitations and my disabilities and I will definitely take them up on the free class I will do the body scan and I will give them a shot and see how I do over the course of a free class in a one-month membership and I'm going to go in and go get this result but not only definitely for someone who is busy as she is definitely took the time to put my mind that is and I will definitely go when I would highly recommend at least taking advantage of the free class and seeing if this is something that's right for you and that's what I intend to do thank you for your time and patience of speaking with me today Natalie”
