“I have attended this gym since before the remodel over the summer of 2026. it's much better now! There is a nice and respectful culture here. People clean up after themselves and are generally kind and recording is kept to a minimum. My only issue is that I wish they had more of those wipes to wipe down the equipment and more trash cans.”

“My daughter worked out at Alex's gym for about a year. During that year, he held her to consistent standards, and it was encouraging to see my teenage daughter up 3 mornings a week at 530 AM to hit the gym at 6 AM for an hour. He did a great job working with her and was always inquisitive about how she was performing as an athlete and tuned her workouts to get the results she was looking to achieve. We felt our daughter was in great hands with him, and we couldn't recommend him more.”
