“The Deland Cat Cafe is such an amazing place. Parking is a bit limited when it’s busy. Walk ins are available, but it’s always good to make an appointment so that you don’t have a long wait to meet all the kitties! There’s a separate room for the kittens and you need to wait your turn before visiting them. There’s plenty of seating and toys to play with the cats. This is the best place to experience a cat before adopting! We got our first kitten from the Halifax Humane Society and our second cat here! The cafe is in a complete separate building so there’s no worry about the animals. I would eat and grab a coffee first then head over to the kitties! Bring your own carrier! Pick up/Take home days are Tuesdays and Thursdays !”

“We popped in here today. I was looking to see if they had any dresses for my Yorkie. But they mostly just have collars and vest for walking. But they have every coller and leash You can imagine. They also have a great variety high quality dog food and cat food. I also have dog bones grooming items and just about everything you need for your puppy dog. Today we got the dog cookies. Darlene got two squirrels for her dogs and I got a dog cookie biscuit. As I was leaving I noticed they have the games where you hide the food and then your dog has to work to get it. I think I'll come back another day and see what kind of games they have. Very nice puppy dog shop.!”

“Fabulous! We just adopted our beautiful HoneyBee from there. Both times the staff was friendly. We worked with the same person both times. She was so kind and helped guide us to cats she knew matched our criteria. She was also super helpful when we discussed a stray cat in our area. She gave us information for a catch and release program. We will definitely be back.”
