Pet Supermarket is a store that has it all for furry friends, carrying everything for dogs, cats, birds, fish, and even reptiles and crawling pets with scales. It offers more than 8,000 pet care products including pet food, toys, treats, accessories, and fashion. The store is always clean with plenty of parking and is very convenient for many. The staff is great, friendly, helpful, and courteous, often escorting customers and providing very good help. They offer grooming, self-serve dog wash stations, and VIP Petcare clinics in select locations, along with carry out service. Customers can usually find everything they want with the occasional item not in stock, and prices are usually competitive. However, it can be very hard to time the truck incoming to get items, as the store often runs out of product a few days after restock, which has become a hassle for some. This is not a staff or store issue, but an issue of not enough product ordered for the amount of business done at such a busy store. Despite this, it remains a go-to place for many, and the business also works with local organizations to host adoption and animal welfare events.
