“If corporate Extra Space gives merit awards to its location managers, Jason should rank high among the contenders. The property is immaculately maintained and conveniently located to multiple incorporated communities. My highest expectations were exceeded! I suggest potential customers look elsewhere, as I did, before viewing this property. It speaks for itself: excellence for the price of mediocrity, and customer service that equals a king’s demands!

“I have been using Extra Space Storage on SR 15A in DeLand for my business needs over the last 10 months. It always feels safe and secure any time of day. The facility is always clean and the staff (especially Andrew) is always friendly, courteous, willing to help and give a prompt resolution when there is a concern. Aside from the occasional odd smell in the elevators, the hallways are always clean and bug free. I plan on renting long term as long as rates stay manageable.”

“I recently moved storage from another local storage facility with an outside unit entrance without air and pest control, to Extra Space. Extra Space is well managed and maintained, clean, air conditioned, safety monitored, and the personal are friendly and very helpful. And the prices are about half of what I was paying! Grateful I found Extra Space!”
