“I can't say enough about this facility. I was a person that didn't believe in storage units but moving from a large place to a much smaller place became incredibly stressful. I called this facility and met Deanna who is just an angel. She got me fitted into the perfect storage unit for my needs. This took so much stress off and is giving me time to go through things, since I was so limited on time to move out. The care and compassion shown to me from Deanna in a time that was so stressful... I'm so completely thankful and grateful... This facility is super clean and organized. Easy in easy out with all your items to bring in or take out. “As soon as we contacted Rec Nation , we knew that we would have a great experience. The Service Rep gave us options for storage and even gave us a great space with electrical at a great price.They were very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure, Great pricing and I had to call customer service a couple of times for an issue and they took care us without hesitation , this wasa great experience!!!!!! We recently received a call that we would have to relocate the RV due to some expansion, they helped me figure out a solution to move the RV since I do not have our heavy-duty truck in Florida at the moment. Great customer service!!!!”

“Nice facility, easy to rent a unit online, good price. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that when they called to verify if I was getting insurance through them or on my own, they told me they'd take their lock off (since I'd be coming by after office hours) and I'd be able to put my lock on. However, no one told me that if I did not get a cylinder lock then I would have to buy an adapter plate, otherwise any other regular lock would be of absolutely no use.”
