“Good experience overall. The only issues we had were 1. Slippery debris caused by rain and soil that accumulated from the drains. There was always a pool of water near our space, as there was a dip in the pavement without drainage. 2. I was never told where to find the exit keypad when we first started our lease, so I was in a panic when I wanted to exit and couldn't figure out how that worked. The exit keypad was not in an obvious place, so I was stuck for 30+ minutes until another tenant eventually came along and showed it to me. Otherwise, everything was good.”
“Sergio McCoy was increbly helpful in getting things squared away and ready to go. The website was confusing and I was getting frustrated but Sergio helped us get everything done!”
