“I was on my way to move out. From the start which was reservation online I had issues and I had finally had enough. And honestly it was the customer service that made it horrible. Not once did customer service have empathy or do anything to fix the situations . And then I met DOT. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her. She went above and beyond, she listened and she made it right. She saved iStorage from an angry customer to a happy and still paying customer. She AMAZING....THANK YOU DOT for saving me from having to move my stuff again....”
