I really dislike the new automated service...for one thing, I should not have to provide my social when calling for a balance...if it's not broken, don't fix it

Been in line for 17 minutes with 1 customer at the window and 1 teller. Absolutely insane. Stay away! The manager just yelled at a customer for asking them to open another lane!

Deff don't come here if you're in a time crunch! Never been here that I haven't waited 30 mins in line. They are so SLOW and RUDE on top of it.
