“Fifth Third Bank used its discretion to close my account in 2018 because I made repeated cash withdrawals after my boss deposited money into my account via wire transfer. These services should not be offered if they are grounds for having your account terminated.I initially left a one-star review because of the things I stated in the previous paragraph. I just revised it because this branch isn’t to blame.One time I made a withdrawal from the drive through here and accidentally left with the plastic container thingy that gets sent through the evacuated tubes. I called the branch half an hour later and let them know what happened. I told them I would return later that day with it. They called me 90 or so minutes later, inquiring about my status. I told them I was on the way right that minute and wasn’t far. Aside from having an employee breathe down my neck that one time, I never had any problems here. I used the lobby and drive through numerous times without issue.”

“I have been dealing with Bank of America for over 18 years. I have never had any problems that weren't my problems and anytime there was an issue Bank of America was able to help me take care of it. Bathrooms are always clean. The people are always nice to help. If you walk into the lobby and you look like you're lost, there's always someone going to walk over and ask you what they can do to help. People are so polite and they get you in and out as quickly as they can. I love this Bank in deland”

Since the current staff has been there, (for at least the last six months), this is a first-class establishment. I can't say enough kind things about their employees. “This is Carmen and she worked so hard on trying to get the paperwork straightend out for my Mom and a qit account, but do to another Wells Fargo in South Florida Miguel wrote down the wrong EIN number and messed up on his end she couldn't complete it today. This is my 3rd time going to Well Fargo dont get me wrong there awesome at some branches and truly cate about clients. This branch is in Deland by Walmart and the Branch Manager is on point and handles his bank with Pride. Sure wish they all would! Anyways thank you for trying to fix it.Kim”
