Great Citibank manager her first name is Patricia. Very conscientious. Always professional and polite.

Been with them since our move down here 6 years ago. They've always been friendly, helpful & as efficient as possible. Yes there is a wait sometimes but you will have that anywhere you go. Any issues we've had with our account the take care of it right away.
