“We visited for the first time yesterday afternoon around 3pm. The cafe looked great but we didn't get a chance to taste anything this time. We just needed to use a capital one ATM. I did everything right but at the end, it said that the transaction was unsuccessful. I asked the lovely people at the cafe for an ambassador for assistance and they found a wonderful lady to assist me. I'm sorry that I didn't write down her name. She said that it may just be the ATM and to try another one there. We went over to another ATM there and it worked with her assistance. She made sure that everything was okay before we left.”
“FCB was bought out by Synovus bank. I personally don't bank here but I am often here to make deposits for my employer. They have a location closer to my Boca Raton office but that location doesn't have a drive thru. This location is awesome so I don't mind driving a little further. I have only used the drive thru. The tellers are VERY friendly and helpful. Such a breath of fresh air compared to other businesses. I like coming here and no, not because it gets me out of the office-although that is nice too. Some days the wait is a little longer if they are short on staff. The nice thing is they let you know when you pull up. There is total transparency which I greatly appreciate. This bank provides exceptional service to drive thru customers and from what I hear they are equally as kind inside too. Located on the south side of Atlantic just east of Military Trail right before the Dunkin Donuts.”

“My review update : Iberiabank will now become First Horizon bank in February 2022. How this will affect my banking , yet to be seen but already it seems like it will cost more to bank with First Horizon. 2/18 -Good news: I confirmed at bank on final visit as Iberiabank , my banking rates are grandfathered so no raise in fees, thus far. I took new phot inside with newly installed First Horizon signage. My initial review stated....FLloyd is the branch manager. Aida is longtime bank representative with ultimate customer service. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The building interior is spacious well planned design with stylish decorating. The large sculpture of the turtle is an eye catcher. Always well decorated for the holidays!”

“Our father passed away and was a customer of Wells Fargo for many many years. My sister and I (who don’t live in Florida) had to fly in to help navigate our dad’s accounts post mortem. We went into the Delray Beach/ Linton ave WF and were greeted by a very lovely Misty, branch manager. We appreciated Misty’s positive energy and care while helping us understand the next steps. We booked an appt online for 2 weeks later to complete the process once we had proper documentation. The second appt would be with Ramona L. at branch. Prior to the appt, Ramona called me to make sure we were prepared with necessary docs. She was very organized, professional and kind over the phone.
Day of our appt we arrived at 10am and were greeted by Ramona who was even nicer in person. We proceeded to spend the next 5 hours together hashing through a very complex process. Throughout the process, Ramona was sharp, helpful, patient and diligent. We couldn’t have asked for a more tender and supportive team to help us in our time of need. Bravo Misty, Ramona and the whole team. The Fogelson’s are big fans.”

“I feel so bad for the manager on 1/2/24. None of the tellers came in for work today. Guests were obviously upset and for most she really couldn’t help unfortunately. Most were upset, and probably rightly, but she did her very best to inform and help where she could. That said, she was able to help me out of a jam and I appreciate her. Leaders in the service industry who are left in those situations have it the toughest this time of year. As someone who’s been in a similar situation leading restaurants I know how terrible of a day these ones can be. She was doing everything she could in the face of lord of negativity.
