“I used Eastside Computer Solutions a while back with Scott and that he was wonderful. I'm a little technically challenged and he was able to straighten out my computer problem. This time I went the other day Scott wasn't there but Bing was available and was so helpful and fix my problem in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend them for any computer problems. Thank you Bing for all your help. ?”

He made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free with his excellent customer service and positive attitude. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to helping customers. Thank you, Zack, for making my visit such a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“I brought my laptop in a month ago because the speakers were not working. They found a bad driver in a heartbeat and updated shortly with a very fair charge. I brought the same laptop in today because the microphone was not working . They found that the microphone had been disabled and fixed it in a minute. Great customer service!”

“Came in needing a used MacBook on the cheap, and they realized the West Palm location had exactly what I was looking for in my price range… appreciated the honesty of sending me on instead of just trying to close the immediate sale, and the ability to recognize my needs and match me up with the right machine. Bought a used MacBook Pro from the West Palm location at an excellent price, and have been extremely happy with the purchase! Definitely choose these guys over Back Market! They stand by their work with good reason, are honest and helpful, and have a great selection of inventory within all reasonable price ranges…”

“***June 24th updateThe Maxandfix team has reached out to me personally and mailed the mouse and keyboard in a separate package to me overnight. Looks like this was an unintentional mistake. I'm revising my review from one to five stars. This was my second time buying a computer from them. Their effort is appreciated!-----------------------Where is my keyboard and mouse? When you say they are included with my purchase, they'd better come with the package. Customer service is REALLY SLOW!!! It's 1 PM on a Thursday. I've been waiting for a reply regarding this issue for about 2 hours. Your online chat and text message service is non-existent. Not even staffed on a Thursday??”

“This unassuming business is quite the behemoth when it comes to customers and customer service. I had a cracked screen on my Galaxy S23 Ultra that I needed to be replaced. I had checked several other phone repair shops, but either they could not do it or charged way too much. CDSBOCA had to order the part and they would fix it the next day. The next morning I arrived with my phone and left it in their capable hands. It was ready by the close of business that day and came in under budget. I can't thank them enough.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Gavino at Best Buy! I came in to buy a computer for my Daughter. Even though I wasn’t ready to purchase a computer that day, he took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. Instead of trying to push a sale, he recommended that I join the Best Buy Membership so I could take advantage of additional deals and save money when I was ready to buy. His honesty, knowledge, and genuine desire to help completely won me over. I ended up purchasing the membership because I know I’ll be coming back to Best Buy for my technology needs, and I’ll be asking specifically for Gavino every time. I’ve worked with a lot of salespeople over the years, and I can honestly say Gavino is one of the best I’ve ever encountered. He’s professional, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly puts the customer’s needs first. Best Buy is fortunate to have someone like him on their team. Thank you, Gavino, for making what could have been an overwhelming experience so easy and enjoyable!”
