“The office here is just a drop off, where they pick up your repairs on Mondays and Wednesdays. They drop off your finished camera gear on Tuesday and Thursdays. They are taken to the headquarters in Miami. Having this drop off saves much in the way of shipping and Insurance. They typically take 14 days, including weekends in getting the repair done; depends upon the age of the camera. They charge around the same as what it would cost to ship and have out of warrentee repairs done. They are an authorized Cannon, Nikon and all other major vendor repair center. You drop off your camera and upon them receiving it in Miami, you will get a call with an estimate, which is prepaid. This is exactly like all manufacutres and authorized repair centers. In addition to your repair, they also clean the sensor and interior, as well as lubercating any moving parts. They did an excellent job, and it cost exactly what they quoted me on the phone. They spent time on the phone with me giving some advice as how I can avoid doing the same thing again. They have a 6 month warrentee on all work. They also sell refirbrised lenses at a reduced price, with a full one year guarentee. I would certainly use their services and purchase glass from them again.”
