Communication was solid throughout the process, beginning several months prior to installation. They were able to adapt to a few hiccups that were experienced during initial install, and stayed until the job was done. They were a good choice, and I would recommend them.”

But instead of feeling rushed out, we had the pleasure of working with Albert S. Albert was a customer service superhero! He was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, and exceeded expectations in every way! “I have been waiting for a review survey from T-Mobile so I could let someone know how awesome of a job Carl, Elijah and a young Hispanic gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot. I have not received it yet though so I figured I leave a review. I walked in and everyone was already busy helping a customer, but no problem with me. As I waited for everyone to finish up, I paid attention to all three of their customer interactions and MAN are they great at customer service. I could immediately tell all the customers in there were idiots who made their own problems that they wanted the staff to fix. The way all three employees handled their own separate conundrum was an amazing show as I was waiting. Seriously all three of them deserve a raise. I worked in customer service before and I don't know how they are able to do this after just those couple of customers. Oh and also they were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in getting me what I needed which was a mobile hotspot. They were straightforward on the plan coverage and the costs, they answered any all questions. GIVE THESE GUYS A RAISE MAN!! Also probably everyone else in there who deals with customers, cause man I know nothing but straight KNUCKLEHEADS walk in there lol”

“Yesterday afternoon I had a great experience at the Xfinity Store in Delray Beach. I received my new cell phone and needed assistance activating the phone as well as transferring my contacts, photos and etc to my New Phone. I waited until my turn and I was very lucky because I wound up with a Great Guy who was Friendly, Helpful, Courteous, Great sense of Humor, Caring and so much more. I'm so sorry that I forgot his name because in all honesty, he is truly an asset to Xfinity and its customers. He went up and beyond to help fully set up my phone, he transferred all my contacts, pictures, apps and did everything in helping me setting up my phone. Thanks to him, I'm so grateful that he helped me bec I'm not tech savvy at all. He even answered questions and concerns I had. We also had a great, friendly conversation as we were waiting for my information to be downloaded to Mt new phone. As I said before, I'm so sorry I don't recall his name but, Xfinity Store in Delray should definitely praise him for his outstanding customer service, friendliness, caring, excellent customer service and going up and beyond in helping me. He always had a smile and great conversation. Thanks again for everything you did for me yesterday afternoon. You truly are an asset to Xfinity and it's customers. I hope if I ever need assistance, you'll be there.”
