“Outstanding customer service, even when it didn’t involve a sale.
I’ve gone to other AT&T locations for help after dealing with 611 representatives, which unfortunately has been a frustrating experience. In the past, I’ve been told “it’s not our problem” and advised to call 611 again. That was not the case here.
This team truly goes above and beyond. They took the time to help, showed genuine care, and made sure the issue was resolved without passing the buck. This location should absolutely be the standard for both the 611 call center and other local AT&T stores.

“Had a great experience here! Mari & Leo were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Mari was patient, sweet, and explained the features and benefits of several models I was considering since it's time for an upgrade, and I'm a long time T-Mobile customer. I'm considering the Samsung S 25 Ultra. She also explained pricing and financing options. I was not expecting my visit here to be as great as it was, and highly recommend. They're also bilingual.”
