Lightspeed Group delivers a great experience with hands on service for the installation of a large number of phones in senior living communities. Communication is solid throughout the process, beginning months prior to installation, and the team adapts to hiccups during the initial install, staying until the job is done. They are a good choice and recommended. The team is helpful, informative, and provides excellent quality service and equipment. Everything is detailed and efficient. Lightspeed Group works quickly, explains everything they are doing with timelines and expectations. Their knowledge of internet providers and voice over IP is incredible; if a service cannot be provided, they guide clients in the right direction. Residents at Inspired Living in Royal Palm receive excellent service with features. Minor phone issues are fixed quickly; technical difficulties are prioritized, out of desire to provide fantastic service to clients. Fantastic people and great customer service.
