Communication was solid throughout the process, beginning several months prior to installation. They were able to adapt to a few hiccups that were experienced during initial install, and stayed until the job was done. They were a good choice, and I would recommend them.”
“We had the pleasure of working with Jennefer and Liyah at the T Mobile store in DelRay Beach on Military about two blocks from Atlantic.
It was Christmas Eve and unfortunately for the employees, customers were coming in the late afternoon even though they were closing at 5:00 (or were supposed to).
Anyway, my husband and I brought in our brand new 17 pro Max iPhones and needed to have everything transferred from our old iPhones. My husband's phone went pretty smoothly, however, they did a few things with mine, and one thing after another wasn't going right. By now it was probably about 4:30-4:45 and there were still a few customers in the store. They had told me to go ahead and leave and just keep my phones together so they would sync. We sat there for a bit and I realized that nothing was downloading.
By this time it was around 5:30-5:45 ON CHRISTMAS EVE and I know they both had
plans. Guess what! They were so patient and professional and wanted to make sure that all the customers were taken care of - not worrying about their own special occasion! I could never have been so patient. I don't think they were able to leave until 6:30! So kind and caring.
We have met very few caring, professional people in Florida, but these two employees are just exceptional!
Please go see them if you need anything from TMobile. You will not be disappointed!
I hope T Mobile knows how amazing they are and I hope they take care of them!

The wait in the store was minimal with comfortable seating available. Tyger made the process of return quick and smooth. I definitely recommend this location to anyone needing to go to a brick and motar place.”

But instead of feeling rushed out, we had the pleasure of working with Albert S. Albert was a customer service superhero!
