He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He stayed and helped me long after others would have given up. For this and more, I am so thankful. I was a Metro client when I walked in. “After being dismissed by the store in Boynton Beach, I went to the Delray store. Julian is the manager there. He was courteous, patient, and tried to help me as much as possible. The store was very busy, but he took his time with me. He told me to comeback and he would sync my phone to my laptop. He wasn't there on Sunday but another very nice young man helped me another issue that I had on the new phone. I will definitely go back on Monday and ask Julian for more help.”

“The manager greeted me as soon as I walked in, and she was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the seating. Some seats had no backing, and an older gent went to the sofa with a backing and almost fell over. He said there was no support.There were many staff members, so the wait time was short.”
