In process of switching name and services after merger with BB&T. New name Truist. Reason for lower star rating is closure of close offices and inability of ATM to accept deposits until after merger completion next week. After 30 years of association with Bank some changes lessen appreciation

Since Truist took over, you can’t get anything done….especially on the phone. I’m looking at moving my accounts elsewhere.
