I am 20 years old and I went to go open a personal bank account and I can say the bank cashiers are not the friendly of people but I can say that David Vasconcles is the best man helped me and didn’t give me a hard time or try and judge me or nothing and he helped me and explained to me perfectly and didn’t over complicated things and it just made it so much easier and stuff so idk about anyone else but I can say my experience was 5 stars and that if you need help or anything go see David I recommend him

ATM is broke and ate my money without depositing into the account. The head manager lady( I regret not getting her name might of been heather) at first seemed to care and stated there was nothing I can do besides audit the machine. She deposited 500 into my account for the mistake and for the time being, even admitting that it sometimes does that. Audit came back saying it was in perfect order in which she withdrew the money from my account. I came in telling her to check the cameras because I'm not lying. She could of cared less and basically told me sorry there's nothing she can do now and that is was my fault. Had to file a police report.

I am sharing because David has been very helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help with something that he didn't have to.. He is also very nolagable and always dresses sharp and Is appropriately..Thank you again for your help..

This is one of the Top Bank …Great customer service , they have very dedicated people...i would really recommend TD TO ANYONE looking for the best bank to do business with. ! keep up the good work Guys

If I could actually be allowed to go into the negative star zone I would put a - 5, along with dropping about 17 F Bombs. This was a decent location years ago but I had an issue recently that was beyond terrifying, and this TD totally was insincere and unprofessional; so, I immediately went to the one on Military which is further away from my house and the experience was vastly night and day. If you have major problems go see Teneresa Yitzi. She was fabulous, and the other staff was fabulous as well in expediting a serious issue with overseas fraud. They all were able to help me avoid a world of financial hurt and it’s worth the extra 2+ miles to go there folks.

Don't go to the 969 se 5th location. They have young staff that require you stay there and make sure they do what you ask them for. If you ask them to deposit a check they may cash it. Happened to me the other day. The money ended up getting mixed in with a withdrawal and getting unaccounted for both in online banking and in my books. Which caused me the inconvenience of having to figure it out, and possible missing cash right now.. If they had just deposited the check like I had asked and not cashed it everyone would have been much better off and better accounted for.

I was “helped” by a man working here who was incredibly unhelpful and rude… I was there well before closing and all he was concerned with was the fact that they were closing… I went through everything online to set up an account and he clearly just did not want to help. He refused to speak louder as well, through the mask and the glass which made the whole experience even worse… I’ve never had such an experience at a bank before. Will be using another bank.

Is worst location only one ATM inside employee holding it up trying to teach someone how to use it. Refuse to let anyone use it until he was done. Forced to go through the drive-through I was the only one in the entire drive-through nobody came... Was there 5 minutes nobody would answer the intercom and I was the only one there really bad location don't go there oh there

Made an appt to pickup new debit card using curbside pickup as was suggested. 5 mins early and checked in online. they texted me to say they would be right out. 25 minutes later went inside. Cust svc rep asked how he could help. Told him i was picking up my debit card. Another rep csme over to help me but was stopped by heather who said the drive thru customers are still waiting. Another 10 minutes go by and heather calls my name, but i never said my name. She knew i had already been waiting outside. Processed my new card, forgot to give my id back and gave me a coupon to get 50 bucks by referring a friend!!! Not very likely at all. Terrible system they have to re issue debit cards.

I had to give one star because there was no option for No Stars. I've been banking with TD Bank for 6 years and I've never been to a branch so unprofessional and rude that I'm surprised that they are still open and have employees like them running the branch. Evan the manager is one of the rudest managers that it makes me miss the last bank that I banked with. If this is how TD Bank runs their branches with individuals who are nasty and unwilling to help their clients, I'm done and over with them. Basically, DON'T COME TO THIS ONE. You will lose hope in TD Bank and faith in kind humanity if you go here.
