“After another towing company came only to discover it had no way to move the x-drive BMW onto the flatbed with out putting the car in neutral, Leo T came with a truck that worked. It lifted the front wheels off the ground and used dollys for the rear wheels. The driver was professional. I will call them first; although I hope I won’t need to.”

“My motorcycle chain was pretty droopy and I heard a lot of clanking somewhere around my back wheel area. It was close to unusable but I bit the bullet and decided to head over to my guys at Boca Raton Paint and Body. When I got there, my bike was on its last life and they saw the issue and had the perfect tools and machinery to fix it. These guys told me so much about my motorcycle that I didn't even know regarding maintenance, cleaning, exc. Some tools I've never even seen before they were using, and finished it within 10 min. After that, my chain was perfectly aligned just like factory and my bike drove like brand new! I highly recommend these guys for any type of vehicle work!”

He got my vehicle on the bed w no issues, checked for harms and conveyed the vehicle to my shop of decision w no second thoughts. Will utilize them again if need be (ideally never again cause that implies I experience vehicle difficulties ;)). Call them!”

That is why it get expensive. If anybody has a problem with what they have to pay. They can complain and leave their silly one star reviews at the Palm Beach Consumer Affairs Google Review page, and after that they can make sure to Drive SAFELY and think things through before abandoning their vehicle and/or property on the side of the road while it obstructs traffic.There are always details that are conveniently missing from these one stars reviews that unfairly attempt to paint (on a bad canvas) an ugly picture about Westway Towing of PALM BEACH or Westway Towing of BROWARD and their respective employees.While not perfect, their law enforcement response times are always second to none and other calls are processed in a timely manner in the order that they are received so that employees can and do their jobs to the upmost of professionalism and respective caliber. “The workers here are so nice. They recently moved to a new location a bit further from where I live but I still go here. My tire light went on and I have to drive far so I stopped here on the way to work and turns out I needed air in all my tires. He didn't charge me anything and I felt terrible bc I didn't have any cash on me! They are always very nice and do not overcharge for anything. I highly trust them. My daughter brings her car here also and they are very good to her as well. I highly recommend auto clinic of Boca.”
