At the yard itself, Stephanie is utterly amazing. First off, for being a tow yard, it's clean and organized. Stephanie was extremely helpful and tried to make a bad day get better. As it started to rain, she helped me empty the car, and get the plates off, etc. She went above and beyond - even to the point to call and tell me she found a couple of dollars in the visor that she was holding with something else we left in her office to pickup.
