“I have been attending OT for over 5 years. The coaches have always been polite and professional, but the coach I need to give accolades to is Coach Giana at Delray North. I had a stroke four weeks ago, and Giana gave me alternatives to exercises that I was unable to perform. Yes, all coaches do this, but, Giana also challenged me and made sure I was doing everything correctly. She has compassion and I have made three months of progress (according to my Physical Therapist and neurologist) in four weeks. Four weeks ago, I could not walk without a walker and now I am barely using my cane. The class today had two pregnant women, a man with extreme shoulder issues, and at least one brand-new person. Giana helped every one of us individually, and challenged the entire class as well! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Giana!”

“OK. This is my third review and I am upping to four stars from two. Why? Although my service experience has been fraught with many problems, I am finally getting satisfaction. My car will be fixed under warranty. Matt and John have done their best to improve a dealership that has experienced problems with service. Our salesman had to put up With my loud complaints and frustrations but kept trying to help. Genesis dealers are experiencing problems with some of the high tech features of these very fine cars. And one could ask, Is the quality and tech worth the growing pains? My advice is to ask to see the service department BEFORE signing the contract and to make sure the dealer knows the fantastic warranty offered is of questionable value if the service department is understaffed and you have to wait weeks for repairs. Delray needs to look carefully at how they wish to improve. Right now, there are some great people on board and a few who would do better working where a smile of caring manner is not required. Genesis is building plants in the USA and South Korea is becoming the new Japan. The vehicles are stunning. The service is evolving. Do your due diligence. Stay away from Napleton in West Palm (bad people, bad service, bad rep) Look at Delray and press for a deal dependent on the support you will need AFTER the purchase.”
