“I took my vehicle to Rolling Rovers for a coolant issue, and the problem was fixed and fully resolved. The pricing was reasonable, and Eddie was informative, patient, and easy to work with. Overall, the customer service during that visit was very satisfactory.
Weeks later, I unfortunately had an unforeseen issue on Christmas Eve that left me stranded on the road. I was honestly discouraged to even call because of the time and the holiday, but I’m glad I did. I spoke with Carissa, who immediately offered towing information and support, and she even connected me with Eddie, who was on a cruise at the time. He explained the issue had and offered solutions.
That level of care and responsiveness really stood out. Rolling Rovers is a good company to work with, and they clearly care about their customers even outside normal circumstances.”

“If you ever need body work or paint job on your car this is the place to bring it to. My car was in a fender bender and my insurance company ( Allstate ) recommended them and I couldn’t be happier . Hopefully you never need to use a body shop but if you do this is the place to bring it to.”

Unfortunately, they were not able to help me as they did not have the correct Honda software, but they were kind enough to not only zero out my bill but also to point me in the direction of another automotive center that could assist me. Jason, the customer service representative, was incredibly helpful to me on the phone and in person. I told him that I had selected Eric’s Wrench because of all of the 5 Star online reviews. “I live in South Florida, and literally had plans to travel northward 3 hours — to a different dealership — to purchase a (different) Lamborghini. This is how the story begins! Fortuitously, my wife found the listing of the white Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 (below) for sale at “Presidential Auto”. Yes, you read that correctly: “my wife”, lol. Following morning, I called them and spoke to Gabe, one of the in-house master technicians. This dealership has a full service dept. He reached out to Marc, owner and CEO. Within an hour, I was at the dealership getting a full tour of the family run business, operating in Delray since 1986. Jennifer, lovely woman, in the finance department, said it best: “they own the dirt”! Quite literally one of the smoothest operations I’ve experienced over the course of nearly two decades of purchasing exotic cars. No hassle. No fuss. Marc’ father, Jimmy, was on site, and it was a pleasure to meet him too. After all, he founded the dealership in the mid 80s. Excellent selection of cars, SUVs, detail center, and Service Bay. One stop shop. Quite literally. Spend a little time with the owners, and you’ll feel like you’ve known them for years. Great people. I guess my wife can say “I told you so!“.”

I expected it to be done by Friday as it’s not a big job but definitely by Saturday however it wasn’t done until around 11am Monday. Not a big deal since I have a second vehicle. “I recently brought my 2010 Audi R8 to Kurt's Shop, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Kurt is incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to high-end European vehicles. He took the time to answer every question I had, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed.

“Nina, in the service dept was excellent! She was very efficient and took her time explaining the process of my reqd svc. My car is going on 14yo and I always bring it to Grieco when it needs svc. The whole team takes care of your vehicle! Communication is very good, they send videos and have a car svc or loaner option, if needed. The new showroom is still under construction, but they have a (nicely, air conditioned) trailer to wait in. I never feel pressured or talked down to when I am here!
