“If you ever need body work or paint job on your car this is the place to bring it to. My car was in a fender bender and my insurance company ( Allstate ) recommended them and I couldn’t be happier . My car is 6 years old and it now looks as good as the day I bought it. Bobby who took care of me from start to finish is the best, picked up the phone on first ring when I needed some assistance. Hopefully you never need to use a body shop but if you do this is the place to bring it to.”

“I was very skeptical when walking in. They say all car sales people are sharks and only want to get every last nickel and dime out of you. I thought I had to be on guard and reject every offer to get a fair price. That wasn’t the case in the slightest I was greeted by smiles and friends. They did sugar coat anything, I walked in told them what I wanted and I walked out with exactly that. Stephen showed us every car we asked for and he did so with a smile. He was kind to my wife and son, and answered every question we had. PHIL THE SALES MANAGER WAS THE GOAT. He sat down with us, got us approved in now time and got us a deal we couldn’t refuse. I won’t be needing a new car for a long time after purchasing a Nissan, but if I did I would go back and ask for those two fine gentleman each and every time.”

“OK. This is my third review and I am upping to four stars from two. Why? Although my service experience has been fraught with many problems, I am finally getting satisfaction. My car will be fixed under warranty. Matt and John have done their best to improve a dealership that has experienced problems with service. Our salesman had to put up With my loud complaints and frustrations but kept trying to help. Genesis dealers are experiencing problems with some of the high tech features of these very fine cars. And one could ask, Is the quality and tech worth the growing pains? My advice is to ask to see the service department BEFORE signing the contract and to make sure the dealer knows the fantastic warranty offered is of questionable value if the service department is understaffed and you have to wait weeks for repairs. Delray needs to look carefully at how they wish to improve. Right now, there are some great people on board and a few who would do better working where a smile of caring manner is not required. Genesis is building plants in the USA and South Korea is becoming the new Japan. The vehicles are stunning. The service is evolving. Do your due diligence. Stay away from Napleton in West Palm (bad people, bad service, bad rep) Look at Delray and press for a deal dependent on the support you will need AFTER the purchase.”
