They did everything they said they would and were very careful and respectful of our belongings and our properties. They disassembled, reassembled and wrapped the furniture to protect them. The rental car was excellent, and Raj and his associates couldn't have been more helpful! Very highly Recommended!”
“Starting the review with saying both Raj and Eric are amazing humans who do try to help. Raj showed me the ropes on how to use the vehicle as I hadn’t driven a fully electric one at this time. They got handed a weird lot and sometimes in retail / customer service industries that can be bigger deal.The car itself, wasn’t my cup of tea -there was a little delay as to which location and just finding charging stations ??♀️Although, the experience was educational and I’d probably never have driven a tesla otherwise.It’s easy to be frustrated, just remember that customer service isn’t for the faint of heart.
