“I loved this place soo much! Super nice owner she let us know the cats names, told us which ones prefer to be left alone. The cats are the sweetest, very friendly atmosphere! The cappuccino is soo yummy as well, had a great time will definitely be back!”

“We have lived in DeLand for 3.5 years and my biggest regret is not checking out this place sooner! We are starting a new flock and wanted to get chicks locally but couldn’t find any that caught my eye until I stumbled upon their Facebook posts showing what they have arriving every week. I stopped in this morning to pick up 3 chicks that I saw and walked out with 5… chicken math… Excellent customer service and so much in stock for all of your needs. We will definitely be returning when I make more room for more chickens.”

“What a great experience. I had just brought home my new Adopted Dog and didn't have any supplies. They really bent over backwards to deal with all my questions and even helped me out with an Online Discount Special they were having that week. Also the prices and selections are much better than Petsmart. Although i frequent both equally, I think this store will be my Go-To now though. Thanks Guys!”
“Absolutely phenomenal!! I showed up before they opened with 2 labs to get their nails done. And I know I always wait to long, and then they get to long, and it makes it harder. Their energy level is thru the roof too, so that doesn't help either. Just a couple minutes after they opened they came out and grabbed one at a time and 10 minutes later they were both done. I chose to wait out front. They did a great job very short considering how long I wait in between. Not sharp as they are almost impossible to dremel / grind. Very reasonable price also. Will definitely go back hopefully more frequently.”
“Over the past couple of months I have started going to this store and am very pleased. On every occasion I have been politely greeted and assisted. ALL associates have been excellent. I wish I had all the names. Three that stand out are Tara, Jeremiah, and Nathaniel ( I think I remember his name correctly-young man with long hair and glasses). The associates are very respectful to my grandchildren listening to their questions and providing needed answers. This is just a GREAT store !”

“We come to this store quite often. We have an array of animals from rodents to reptiles. Annie, Sydney and Cheyenne are very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. We keep coming back because of them. We love the products, variety, and sales, but the employees putting in the effort really makes the difference.”
“I went in looking for a gun safe and the staff was very helpful explaining the benefits of each model. I ended up purchasing a larger safe that weighed about 450 lbs. It didn’t quite fit in the bed of my F-150 with the bed cover installed, but the team went out of their way to help me get it loaded and tied down securely. I really appreciate the extra effort they put in and I definitely recommend this place.”
