“I took my sweet pup in today to get her nails clipped. I was there right at 10am, and they we're open, staffed up, and ready to go. The lady who clipped Madison's nails was calm and gentle with her, but still moved quickly. They have moved away from a retail focus, but I was still able to get locally baked peanut butter treats which Madison really enjoyed. Love to see a locally-owned business pivot during Covid and find a business plan that allows them to keep serving our community.”

“They have great sales with a rewards program! I also get coupons every week for this store in the mail. The employees are very helpful and have helped me make excellent choices such as which brush to get for my dog. I love coming here and do come often. You can bring your dog with you. Now the store itself is a little pricey but again with the sales and wide variety of selections I can't really complain lol.”

“My husband and I went to the PetSupermarket in Orange City looking for hermit crabs and hermit crab items. There were quite a few people in the store and there were 2 girls at the counter. They could not be bothered to help anyone. They were too busy talking with each other. In fact I had a woman ask me about ferrets.We left and I convinced my husband we should try the Pet Supermarket in Deltona. What a difference!! I was greeted at the door, the manager was able to answer my questions. She even ordered us the hermit crabs and called me immediately when they came in (it was before the store was open in the morning). We ordered another 4 hermit crabs from her. They are the best we have ever had!If you need pet supplies, skip the Orange City Pet Supermarket and go straight to the Deltona one!”
