I arrived at appointment time only waited one or two minutes. The technician explained everything, also pointed out that two test didn't have codes that was needed. I'm grateful for that, it could have cost me a lot of money. I did contact the doctor's office to get that taken care of.

Setting up my appointment was very simple. Check-in was awesome. Wait time was less than 10 minutes and staff member, Alexis, was very efficient.
