Had to make three trips to store to buy new phones. Employees act bored, disappear to the back for long periods of time, unable to answer questions and didn't place order properly. They keep stating their system is down, all 3 times we were in the store. Quinton was the only helpful employee, who managed to get the order done correctly. Still had to call AT&T to straighten out the mistakes made by Chad. When we got our phones, we took the old ones in for trade in and Chad said the system was down, again, so I had to go through AT&T directly to send phones in for trade in and also missed the promotional deal for apple watch because the store was not able to do anything

The service at this location is the best I have ever received anywhere. We were in town for a vacation and had issues that customer service could not solve after 2 days of calling them. We came to this location and Jen took care of us immediately and solved all of our issues. Highly recommend this location.

The sales rep I dealt with was phenomenal. Another customer, whom he had just finished helping, must have also thought he was phenomenal because she described him as “the bomb.”

Every time I go to the AT&T store in Destin, Fl, I'll wait for Jen. She has always been the most knowledgeable and friendly every time she helps me. It’s rare that an employee is at any store for any length of time in this world. She is one of the main reasons why I continue service with AT& T. She is a great asset to your company.

I visit this store I had some concerns about my plans and phone lines and the store manager the took my questions he had a awful attitude almost if your no here to add or buy a line or add services don’t waste my time he suck I don’t recommend buying anything from this store in Destin I been a Att customer for over a decade and this store had very bad customer service every single time he want to call customer service he was helpless

The staff at this location were very pleasant and helpful. My representative, Tanya was so good and helpful each step of the way in which she was able to solve our problems and we had big ones to fix!
